2 Corinthians 12:9

And He has said to me,

“My grace is sufficient for you,

for power is perfected in weakness.”

Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses,

so that the power of Christ may dwell in me

Luke 1:37

“For nothing will be impossible with God.”

Here I Sit

Here I sit and breathe You in, content to be resting in Your peace

So grateful for what I have in You I am finally at ease

Happy to turn the reins over to the one that knows it all

For He shall decide my fate and help me to stand tall

Not on my own merit for I would surely fall

But by His righteous right hand that will hold me up night and day

And I will thank Jesus for his mercy every time I bow my head to pray
